I created the Temple of Joy because I spent years disconnected from Joy. I didn’t know how to bring my ideas to life, channel and ground my creative fire without overthinking. I was constantly living in my head, procrastinating and forcing myself to make things happen.
Fear, doubt, comparison, and perfectionism drained the joy, excitement, and playfulness from my projects until I eventually gave up on my ideas and felt uninspired.
The Temple of Joy was born from my soul's desire to play and put our inner child, joy, and excitement at the center of everything we do, while honoring our body and intuition as a compass for creation and manifestation.
