I've always said, "We can have both."
And that is at the core of my philosophy today: I believe we can have it all.

My offerings were born from a desire to put joy and creativity at the center of how we create our careers and businesses.

I’ve spent 11+ years working in international business with wellness, beauty, and creative entrepreneurs. I have a Master’s degree in International Business Strategy & Management.
I learned how to build strategies, conduct market research, sell and export products and services internationally, develop markets, and grow businesses.
But there is ONE thing no one ever taught me:

Energy Reading & Healing
All healing energy comes from Source, God, the Creator. Before each session, we begin with a prayer to connect with Source and set an intention for the highest good of all, and for the highest good of the person receiving the session. I serve as a channel for this energy, while reminding you that the deepest medicine is already within you.
My training includes the following energy healing and intuitive modalities:

My approach brings together my background in international business strategy with somatic, intuitive, and energetic work.
Traditional business coaching can often focus on marketing strategy, productivity, growth, and measurable results. I believe those things matter, but they are only part of the picture.
I also look at your body, energy, desires, emotions, patterns, and intuition, because the way you feel while building your business affects the decisions you make, the way you communicate, the way you lead, and ultimately the business you create.
And when doubt, fear, self sabotage, or old patterns are getting in the way, we do not simply try to think our way through them. I help you recognize and release emotional, somatic, and energetic blockages that may be keeping you from trusting yourself, taking action, being visible, receiving, or fully owning what you are here to create.
The goal is not simply to build a successful business. It is to build one that feels true to you and sustainable for the life you actually want to live.
You do not have to force yourself to choose one passion simply because you have been told that successful businesses need a single niche or a perfectly defined path.
