These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in our coaching, mentoring, workshops, online programs, retreats, somatic experiences, energetic experiences, and other services or offerings provided by LAZARIDIS & CO.

By purchasing, booking, registering for, or participating in any service or offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

LAZARIDIS & CO. provides coaching, mentoring, educational, personal development, somatic, embodiment, spiritual, energetic, and transformational experiences.

Our services may be provided online, in person, individually, or in groups.

The specific content, format, duration, availability, and level of support for each offering will be described on the relevant sales page, booking page, registration page, or client agreement.

We may update, improve, reorganize, or add content to an offering from time to time.

Changes to content alone do not create a right to a refund.

2. Coaching, Wellbeing, and Personal Responsibility

Our services are intended for personal development, education, self exploration, coaching, wellbeing, and transformational purposes.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional healthcare services.

LAZARIDIS & CO. does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition. Our services are not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice or care.

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and participation.

You should seek appropriate professional care for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency matters.

Do not stop, change, or discontinue prescribed medication or treatment based on anything provided through our services.

3. Somatic, Breath, Movement, and Energetic Practices

Some experiences may include breathwork, movement, meditation, body awareness, embodiment practices, visualization, energy work, or other experiential practices.

Participation is voluntary.

You may pause, modify, decline, or stop any practice at any time.

You agree to participate according to your own comfort, circumstances, and personal judgment.

You agree to inform us of any medication, medical condition, pregnancy, injury, or other health consideration that could reasonably affect your ability to participate safely.

Energetic and spiritual practices are offered as personal development, spiritual exploration, and wellbeing experiences. They are not represented as medical treatment or guaranteed healing.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, professional, business, financial, relationship, or other outcome from our services.

Individual experiences and results vary.

Any testimonials or examples presented on our website represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of similar results.

5. Confidentiality

For private one-on-one work, we will treat information shared with us as confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations and safety-related exceptions.

For group experiences, participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants.

Participants must not share another participant's personal stories, experiences, information, recordings, screenshots, photographs, or identifying information outside the group without that participant's permission.

Participants are also expected not to identify, contact, or publicly discuss another participant based on information learned through a group experience without permission.

While we establish these expectations, we cannot guarantee or control the conduct of other participants.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offering, purchases are nonrefundable.

Scheduled Sessions

If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, at least 24 hours' notice is required.

A cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or a failure to attend, will generally count as a completed session and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Mentorships and Payment Plans

When you purchase a mentorship or other service involving a payment plan, you agree to the full purchase price stated at the time of purchase.

If you decide to stop participating, you should notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session so that we can discuss the situation.

Stopping participation does not automatically cancel any remaining payment obligations.

Workshops and Online Programs

Workshops, digital programs, and online experiences are generally nonrefundable once purchased unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page.

Retreats

Retreat deposits and payments are nonrefundable once booked unless otherwise stated in writing.

Retreat bookings are nontransferable.

If LAZARIDIS & CO. cancels a retreat, participants may be offered a refund or credit toward another eligible retreat, course, class, mentorship, or other offering, as determined for the specific situation.

7. Intellectual Property

All original materials provided by LAZARIDIS & CO., including teachings, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, written materials, recordings, concepts, and other proprietary content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided to you for your own personal development and participation in the service you purchased.

You may take personal notes for your own use.

Unless you receive written permission from LAZARIDIS & CO., you may not:

• Record, photograph, screenshot, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials

• Share purchased content or materials with others

• Resell or redistribute our programs, teachings, exercises, or materials

• Teach, facilitate, adapt, or create programs substantially based on our proprietary frameworks or teachings

This does not prevent you from using general knowledge, skills, or ideas that you independently develop through your own experience.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Proprietary Content

You may not upload, submit, or provide recordings, teachings, frameworks, exercises, written materials, or other proprietary LAZARIDIS & CO. content to artificial intelligence tools for training, fine tuning, development, generation, reproduction, adaptation, or creation of derivative content without our prior written permission.

9. Recordings, Photos, and Marketing Content

Some live sessions, workshops, or group experiences may be recorded.

Participants will be informed before a session is recorded.

Recordings may be provided to participants for their personal access where applicable.

Participants may not independently record, photograph, screenshot, copy, reproduce, or redistribute sessions or recordings without written permission.

Participation in a recorded experience does not automatically give LAZARIDIS & CO. permission to use your image, voice, likeness, testimonial, or words publicly for marketing.

Separate permission will be obtained for public marketing use.

10. Access to Online Content

Where an offering provides ongoing or lifetime access, access means access for as long as the offering remains available.

If an online offering is permanently discontinued, we may provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a substantially similar alternative or other reasonable solution.

Access is intended for the individual who purchased or registered for the offering.

11. Third Party Services

Our website and services may use or link to third party platforms and providers, including Systeme.io, Stripe, Calendly, Infomaniak, YouTube, Eventbrite, Insight Timer, Instagram, Facebook, and other services.

These services are operated independently by third parties.

LAZARIDIS & CO. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, content, policies, or terms of third party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

• Introduce malicious code or harmful technology

• Circumvent security or access controls

• Conduct unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities

• Infringe the rights of LAZARIDIS & CO. or others

• Systematically copy or reproduce substantial portions of our website or proprietary content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, clients, participants, or intellectual property.

13. Minors

Our services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and older.

A minor may participate only with prior written permission and consent from a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to additional requirements.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor's participation, consent, decisions, and compliance with these Terms.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LAZARIDIS & CO. is not responsible for losses, damages, or outcomes arising from your voluntary participation in our services or your decisions and actions following participation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a concern or dispute arises, you agree to contact Noémie Lazaridis first so that we can make a good faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

If the matter cannot be resolved through good faith efforts, either party may pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date on this page.

Updated Terms will apply as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in an update is intended to retroactively remove rights or protections that cannot legally be removed.

17. Electronic Acceptance

When you purchase, book, register for, or participate in an offering, you may be required to confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, the acceptance checkbox may state:

“I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.”

Your electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as a written acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
